Founded in Penang, Malaysia, Howei began in 2008 with a small but passionate group of cyclists determined to make cycling safer and more accessible. What started as an advocacy campaign to improve bike lanes evolved into a full-fledged event platform: we launched a website, streamlined group rides, and organized events across Malaysia.

Full-Service Event Management — For organizers, we offer end-to-end support: digital registration, on-site logistics (like Race Kit Collection), volunteer coordination, marketing, and real-time helpdesk support.
